Reservations
We require a 2 night minimum stay on all weekends and 3 nights on Holiday and festival weekends. A one night deposit is required to hold your reservation of 4 nights or less, for stays of 5 or more nights we offer a 10% discount and require a 50% deposit, The deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation. Balance is due upon arrival in form of cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit less a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation within the 14 days prior to arrival will only be refunded if the room is rebooked for all nights. The deposit is forfeited: if guests arrive after date specified or depart before the final date of reservation, unless the room is re-booked.
