In Egg Harbor we have Independence Day Fireworks on the 3rd of July and a 4th of July Parade with a Brat fry in Harborview Park, There are Concerts in the Park every Thursday afternoon during July and August. The village host the biggest festival of the year, Pumpkin Patch Festival on Columbus Day weekend in October. We also host the Holly Day Festival, Thanksgiving weekend to kick of the Holiday Season. You haven't lived until you've experienced the Egg Harbor New Years Day Parade, which follows the Jacksonport Polar Bear Plunge. Escape your every day routine and join us for fun and festivals. Entertainment The cultural opportunities begin in earnest once the sun goes down. If your soul pleads for music, the nationally-acclaimed Birch Creek Music Center offers regular jazz and classical concerts, while the Peninsula Music Festival annually offers orchestral music. If the theatre is your pleasure, watch a play beneath the stars at Peninsula State Park, given by the American Folklore Theatre.
